Assistant Manager and Sous Chef Step Up Programme

The purpose of the Assistant Manager and Sous Chef Step Up programmes are to grow our next generation of Brilliant head chefs and general managers from within.
  • 6-month structured development programme
  • 5 in-person training sessions away from your Lounge
  • Practical leadership and operational training
  • Focused in-site development plans
Each year, we provide around 200 places for team members ready to take the next step in their hospitality careers.

Assistant Manager and Sous Chef Step Up Programme

The Future Ops Programme develops our future Operations Managers and Operations Chefs. Designed for Senior General Managers and Senior Head Chefs, the programme covers:
  • Advanced leadership development
  • Employee relations and people management
  • Change management and commercial thinking
  • Working with senior leaders across the business to build relationships
Participants also spend time with senior stakeholders, including our Managing Director and Finance Director.
